These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Glorious Architect website and professional services. By visiting our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully and contact us with any questions.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”: Refers to Glorious Architect, headquartered in Kodomtoly, Sylhet, Bangladesh.
  • “Client” or “You”: Any individual, firm, or entity that engages our services or accesses our website.
  • “Services”: All architectural, structural, engineering, interior design, 3D visualization, and project management services provided by the Company.
  • “Website”: The Glorious Architect official website and any associated digital platforms.
  • “Project Agreement”: Any formal contract, scope-of-work document, or written agreement executed between the Company and a Client.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Scope of Services

Glorious Architect offers professional services in the following areas:

  • Architectural planning, layout, and spatial design
  • Structural and civil engineering design
  • Electrical and plumbing system design
  • 3D visualization, rendering, and walkthrough production
  • Interior and exterior design
  • Building cost analysis and quantity surveying
  • Project profile development and feasibility documentation
  • Construction project management and site supervision

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement shall be defined exclusively in the executed Project Agreement between the Company and the Client.

Project Agreements & Fees

All professional engagements require a signed Project Agreement prior to commencement of work. The agreement will specify the full scope of services, milestone schedule, payment terms, and any applicable terms unique to the project.

  • Quotations: All fee quotations are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments shall be made as per the milestone schedule outlined in the Project Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services.
  • Variation Orders: Any work outside the agreed scope shall require a written variation order and may attract additional fees.
  • Taxes: All applicable government taxes, levies, and duties are the responsibility of the Client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All architectural drawings, designs, plans, renderings, reports, and documentation produced by Glorious Architect remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment for the relevant services has been received by the Client.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for the specific project described in the Project Agreement. The Company retains the right to use project imagery, photographs, and renderings for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to client consent where confidentiality is required.

Reproduction, modification, or redistribution of our designs for use in any other project without written consent constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the performance of the Services, including land documents, site access, and approvals.
  • Obtain all necessary governmental permits, approvals, and regulatory clearances unless the Company has expressly agreed in writing to handle such matters.
  • Ensure timely review and approval of submitted designs and drawings to prevent project delays.
  • Notify the Company promptly of any changes to project requirements, site conditions, or budgetary constraints.

The Company shall not be liable for delays or deficiencies in deliverables caused by the Client's failure to meet these responsibilities.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary, technical, financial, or business information disclosed during the course of engagement. This obligation shall survive the termination of the Project Agreement for a period of three (3) years.

Confidential information shall not include information that is already publicly known, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.

Limitation of Liability

Glorious Architect's liability for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific phase of work giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunity.
  • Delays caused by third-party contractors, government bodies, or force majeure events.
  • Any loss arising from the Client's failure to follow the recommendations or specifications of the Company.
  • Structural or safety failures resulting from unauthorized modifications to approved designs by the Client or their agents.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Project Agreement with written notice of fourteen (14) days, subject to the conditions stated therein. Upon termination:

  • The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, including any expenses incurred.
  • The Company shall deliver all completed work products to the Client upon receipt of all outstanding payments.
  • Termination shall not release either party from obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or any Project Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation. Should mediation prove unsuccessful, the matter shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Sylhet, Bangladesh.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or currency of the information provided. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or related systems.
  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute any website content without prior written consent.
